RE: ASX & Chi-X (AUD)17 Apr 2019 08:58
16.03 - Islayman: you have quoted directly from the presentation transcript on 88e wiki and it is as I remember hearing whilst sitting there. That quotation is tantalising. It does seem reasonable in the context of that presentation - in view of those attending (including PB/Bex and SS/88e ) - that the 50-60p was at least 'an order of magnitude'. So, at that time converting risk into a monetary value, DW uttered 50p ish as a discounted valuation SP for 88e. Since then, subsequent dilution has been greatly offset by the volumetric increase of our potential assets and PoO is resilient. Does that 50p~ish look tame? There are lots of things to consider and, In any event, it seems imo much less likely now that the whole company will ever be sold voluntarily as a single entity. Then, as DW has repeatedly asserted, a FO is itself another form of dilution. Also, it is amazing that we retain our current level of corporate control but FOs will reduce that. Nevertheless, in the interview 20/03/2019 around 11 mins, DW refers to SP adding events to come. So, the only certain(ish) problem here is making sense of this for us humble pi's and so, as ever, VGLA :-)
