Firstly, recent history might suggest this (to some): however, the longer time perspective flies in the face of the above comment. In addition, the comment also completely fails to understand the position 88e is in. VGLA :-))

If that is true then all oil companies would either pin point and drill or abandon projects. Clearly, that is not (yet) the case so something is wrong with poster's claim. In addition, pin pointing and drilling is a long way from commercial extraction. 88e has pin pointed, drilled twice and got all that data (data that 'Zebra Sciences' does not have) Know where I have put my money! :-) VGLA

DW has a fine record of 'running a tight ship [hole!]'. Prompt reporting, fulfilling regulatory requirements, coordinating safe drill projects, etc, etc. The 88e portfolio is huge and, so far, DW has mostly been 'responsive' - strategies handed to him by others. IMO This FO(s) scenario is a first true test of the current effectiveness of the BsODs. I again say that I am impressed by the respect shown to 88e by our future partner(s) in supporting DW in his June update on FO(s) progress. I believe this bodes extremely well for the immediate future of our 88e. As ever, VGLA
