Good summary daisan, so with all those directors buying and company didn't want to dilute instead went for convirtable bonds at 30p and in the past they did have an approach, in just thinking maybe they go for sell of the company at much higher price or some kind of significant good news to be released soon

With directors and non executives holding so much I don't think we have much to worry about, if I had spare cash I would take that 50k at 23p

23p is the new floor but I suspect this will breakout of it, even better peel has upped the bidding

These convirtable notes are happy to lend money and it will convert once share price reaches 30p they must be confident
