C02 Supply Contract

The Company has entered into a Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) with the local C02 Supplier regarding a Gas Sales Agreement for supply of the daily volumes of C02 to be delivered to the Pilot C02 EOR site. The C02 Supplier will install and operate the C02 delivery system.
The main terms of the HOA are:

Minimum daily delivery of CO2 of 60 metric tonnes (if required for full CO2 EOR operations);
Initial Term 12 months;
The Company has a right to extend initial term by 12 months (“Subsequent Term”);
The Company has a right to extend Subsequent Term by 12 months;
The Company has an option to take all or any part of CO2 supply greater than the minimum daily delivery rate of 60 metric tonnes;
CO2 purity not less than 99%;

There is the potential for a significant upscaling to other parts of the Inniss-Trinity field based on current expectations of forecast available CO2 Supply and subject to the results of the Pilot CO2 EOR in the AT-4 Block.

I can’t find anything other than Q2. So a confirmed date should be announced soon, surely? Does anyone have any further insight?

Exclusivity of Trinidad CO2 supply

With a bit of luck, the sale worked through by the 12.50 1,150,000 Sell* 143.75k trade will allow for a bounce tomorrow. I Watched price action today quite closely and topped up twice (£8k and £14k) under 14p. Not surprised to see the large sell. Also re watched the interview 16 March. I’m confident.

I agree that the lack of detail for what the raised money is require for is a concern. But with the £4m existing funds surely Craig had the option to keep drilling, without a raise, to suitably open up the prospect before having to raise. Feels to me it’s either non commercial OR a new opportunity/acquisition. Hopefully the latter but either way credibility abs competence of the management team is unquestionably on the line here

Why not release drill results to market, and raise at a higher level? If they are confident in them?

It shouldn’t be allowed, deliberately misleading investors.

Announced ‘visible gold’ today at 258g/t ! I don’t know the company, and it sounds like they have a management credibility issue. But just makes me extra keen to see our visible gold results. Can’t be long now.. good luck everyone

I am also expecting to see some significant and prudent cost cutting in the wake of P1 to streamline the business. Simon surely doesn’t need the size of management team that he has anymore. I’d start with Eytan Uliel after the incompetence displayed on managing funding arrangement over the past six months. If this point isn’t addressed it will become a very awkward question for the AGM.

Market cap up 200% since Friday to 200m - no reason other than a recent spud it appears.
