October 2024!! That is an ambitious deadline! If they are going to approve our frontier license application you would think they would do it sooner rather than later.

One other point. when AIM listed Telford Homes got bought by CBRE two years ago the profits to shareholders were tax free. I know as I worked for the company at that time.

Can’t help but ponders what the valuation of the businesses would be accepted by Paul. We just do not have the firepower to move these projects forward fast enough. Morocco - newly discovered gas basins. Trinidad - proven CO2 EOR and exclusivity of supply. Ireland - recent government u turn on exploration. ????

Two thoughts from this.
1) converting unallocated shares to allocated can be a strategy to maximise an offer for the business (as a whole!). It also gives management more fire power to battle a hostile take over. Not 6 months to exercise.
2) we should now see Lonny really start his promotion of PRD now his nest egg is set.

Rough start to the day for #CEG being down >70%. Not sure how they will be injecting CO2-EOR? They thought it was so bad that they unilaterally terminated our project. #PRD

Accelerated build block placing was successful for raising £5m at 0.10p (ouch!!). But now they have to money to pay what they owe PRD... I expect we will get a T&T update soon.

BDT I read that news as positive. We have exclusivity of CO2 supply. We have either reached an agreement on the outstanding loan, or found a way to monetise the T&T business. Either way it means cash flow is being generated. But I would expect an update on the deadlock to be RNSed ?? Perhaps some details are still being agreed.

After the public fall out between PRD and CEG? CO2 EOR has been proven up there by PRD who have security of CO2 supply and are looking for new partners after CEG have been playing up.

Chances of this referenced EOR being CO2 injection??? Water flood hasn’t had a successful history in Trinidad from what I know. CO2 has been proven up by PRD. There must be partners lining up, or bids to take our CO2 exclusivity and know how.

If an approach has been made PG might be tempted to release more information to jolt the market. I expect he is fed up with the lack of appreciation of MC.

If there is a raise it could drop 10-20% but then recover quickly with a route to mou-4/5. Or, If a deal or offer is announced it will rally hard and this price range will surely be dust

I know what I said would be low, I would be looking at it from a personal perspective only, it would clear a huge loss from LGO-CERP-BPC-CEG and leave me in a good position after 6 years of chasing the market. I’m just getting fed up really. One last push, dig deep PG and prove to me that micro cap CEO’s can after all be trustworthy.
