This reads that there is greater controversy/opposition to nuclear reclassification to green than gas - And I would have to agree with that. I would be surprised if this proposal makes it through on time and unamended!
Q1 has a number of inflection points. Its down to PG to play the sequence of his hand to boost impact and minimise SP volatility. I believe that is where the 'we are not perfect' comment came from (looking back at MOU-1 new released and RP removal). The trust in the management comment, is PG saying he will get it right this time - or else his credibility is toast. He knows that.
Q1.
January - CPR - assumed January as we have been told it to predate the MOU-1 testing
Feb& March - rigless testing MOU-1 (fully funded)
April - MOU4 Pad construction
May - Drill MOU-4 (funding options will depend on Q1 results)
June - 'CONTINGENCY?' Rigless test MOU-4 and drill MOU-5. OR NE!!!
We have a lot of activity stacked up on H1. Which one will be the start gun for the SP rally? I expect the CPR, as PG has chosen his sequence.
Interestingly, it looks like admission onto AIM has been put on ice - it was supposed to be this Qtr but I expect PG has better use for the money!!
Based on the depth of the primary target encountered in MOU-1, the pre-drill seismic amplitude anomaly is now confirmed to be a 32 km² submarine fan (the "MOU-4 Fan"). Independent third-party, post-well remapping confirms the presence of the MOU-4 Fan, connected and in continuity with the MOU-1 gas discovery.

HL said we have until noon today to secure message them with an instruction.
We will soon put MOU1 discovery debate to bed. PG has a lot riding on that but the bar for economics is set low which is encouraging. I suppose a lot is riding on the average gas saturation 50% of the interval, and how subdued that is by the mud invasion (and claystone shoulder effect). We wont know until the guns fire in Feb and flow is tested.
SP got to 20p at MOU1 spud. Even if it were binary the risk reward is not.
According to data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), 121 U.S. coal-fired power plants were repurposed to burn other types of fuels between 2011 and 2019, 103 of which were converted to or replaced by natural gas-fired plants
