Well spotted! The office has just confirmed it with Peterhouse and SI Capital the Brokers involved. As you post November is the best time with December never been a propitious month for new issues. The office also tells me that a few very minor points have been cleared with the Prime. ,Ministers office so it is looking clear for the Licence approval .Hopefully a double positive whammy?

The last sentence in my post was my opinion ,not from the office, but there is possibly a bit of truth in it. In these circumstances companies have to be circumspect. My post was interup ted. Obviously to me WK was done over just like I said happened to me in business. My lesson learnt was to take it on the chin because you Never know their associates who you might want to deal with. As I said multiply this 10 times in Russia. WK now has the Merchant Banker who will take no prisoners with his 500k investment, so I am totally relaxed about this year. What CS alluded to 2 years ago covers the situation similar to my experience so. You keep your mouth shut when something like the Licence is expected.

Just to paraphrase what he posted before the WK licence, that companies in Russia had to be circumspect about announcing positive news. This might be the reason for silence.No holiday in Russia on Monday so could this be a flancers, slipping the Licence in?

Possible deal for Sinosteel with another Russian miner? Sounds like a dream ticket, but do not now expect the same sort of pro rata price we saw with KAZ only 3 weeks ago. Half that would be more in line with market conditions.This might explain the present silence.??

As so many of you have posted this situation should have never arrison. I asked CS in January if the Directors could fund this but he was working on the uranium placing to finance this as we all know as it is public knowledge now.So we have this complication.Positively a great buying opportunity which rattie has used .! However I am concerned that it will play in to the hands of any future purchaser of the company ,so we cannot expect as good a deal as KAZ paid just 3 weeking.

Third day when buys have far excended sells but down goes the price.Interesting to speculate where these shares have appeared from when just over a week ago you could only get a few thousand..

Have you seen this before..?News missing or are they not bothered abouto WK?Withe shares difficult to buy has this already been stitched up before the Licence?If so I do hope it is not less than 8p ie. half the price pro rata than last week's Russian deal by KAz
