Some last minute shopping, jd now have expanded increased profit and we still go down on the profit warnings bit it states it will be around the 900 million mark

What gets me, jd sports are at the covid lows now when everything was ending and the riders of the apocalypse were doing

Rubbish, cynical stocks are out of fashion give it time and this will rise its a good business growing and expanding with great profits, its all the outside factors that's taking effect at the moment, I'll just keep buying and selling lowering the average

No body knows but just keep in mind that this business is a profit making machine and expanding overseas wjich is a good thing, cynical stocks are out of fashion it will rise but certainly not before the update at the end of the month, just dig in put your hard hat on and keep buying and trimming to lower your averages

I can't see that happening hc92, the board if I'm right stated it would be between £935 million upwards but they changed there predictions to above £900 million plus so it shouldn't be lower, fingers crossed. My take on it, the share price will fluctuate in the 70's till the end of the month until they come out with results, just keep lowering your averages and try enjoy the ride I've gone from high 90's to around 79/78 with a 3-4% loss not good but bearable!!!!!!

All you've got to think is this is a well run company (maybe not some of the board) making 900 million profit, progressively growing not just in the UK but worldwide, it's all the outside factors that are effecting retail stocks, jd sports is no boohoo, debenhams, homebase this will move up maybe tomorrow, maybe next week or year no one knows. Just keep adding and trimming.

I'm not worried in the slightest keep adding and trimming to lower your averages, guttersnipe is quite correct and i've just employed dealmaker and apendragon as my personal brokers the world has just got a little brighter!!!!!!!

I honestly can't fathom this share, it is roughly the same price as covid times when everything was being told to close down and the world was ending and sir Tom was doing laps round his garden with dealmaker following him saying jd is doomed I tell you, doomed doomed!!!!!

I cannot belive I'm getting sucked in here, Vodafone is no jd sports, the debt level that Vodafone is high, there selling parts off to offset debt they were struggling in Europe, although they are doing better at the moment, so please don't compare the two and I also think they will bounce back in the future
