Response fro Nick - We are indeed in a tough period with Anglo terminating - but ultimately we’re better off with no partner than a bad partner. They drilled 5 holes in total in 2024 and nothing in 2025 – we simply couldn’t go on like this. Ultimately they withdrew due to the legal nonsense by Mumena. We’ve already had approaches by two of our neighbors and another two majors so there’s no shortage of interest and of course could drill ourselves – but we need to get the legals sorted (we had a positive outcome on Friday) so the worm is beginning to turn. We’re also being warmly received at State House at highest level who also have had enough of this fraudster.

Have a look at Orosur where I’m involved – our former JV partner (Newmont) pulled out the SP was badly hit and we then drilled it out and a year later it’s 10x… While I’m not saying we necessarily drill ourselves that’s certainly one of the options (as well as a replacement JV partner)… Another one to look at as (hopefully) a precedent is Midnight Sun - they had two majors pull out of JV’s - they are now some 16x from the time their SP (like ours) fell precipitously on the JV terminating.

Ultimately we’re sitting on something very valuable both in Zambia and Botswana and everything to play for… We will update in early January once we’ve sorted various matters.

Confirmation of which licences, joint ventures, and assets remain unaffected. The recent ruling by the Zambian High Court (August 2025) seems favourable to Arc – does this mean those claims are now resolved?

A full breakdown of all current legal proceedings. Shareholders need transparency on ongoing risks and litigation exposures.

Given the uncertainty, many investors are uneasy. A comprehensive update, or even a brief shareholder bulletin, would help restore confidence and could potentially stabilise the share price.

It’s taken all this time, and the company they're interested in is Financial Freedom Solutions Ltd (UK) — a micro-sized business that hasn’t even fully established itself yet.

You're right, I could have written that better. What I meant to convey is that the court case could potentially secure key Zambian licenses, but I agree that commenting prematurely on the outcome might be risky until the final judgment is made.
