John,
Sorry to overlook your post earlier. I have mixed opinions of what to think here. I mean on paper things don't look good here. This was always a risky purchase due to the lack of funds being made here by this company but with a potentially good product at hand there was a chance if a deal could be done with someone then things could take off. Since the new year we have had delays which we were informed were due to the due dilligence. Put back to Feb, then May,then July. We are now in August and we not really nearer to knowing whats happening. Is it that we are asking to much, are they kMS not in a position to afford it themselves. Nobody knows? Placings have been carried out and funds used. I mean is further dilution possible I doubt it.
In defence of Hml the Directors must have some belief that the deal with Kms will be completed or why would they put £27500 of secured loans against there heads. The logic would be just to let it go? I guess they are living for the moment and trying to keep things ticking along and just hope before long a deal can be done and this can be just put down to a long drawn out conclusion with a good outcome. Ultimately it does look like the final throw of the dice im afraid. Its one of those ones where you will say I knew I should have got out or if all recovers well im glad I stayed in. The fact is im in at .37 so have lost all anyway as it stands so am fearless now. Some newbies may have just taken a punt some who got in half way down from me may consider there options? Quite simply they need cash, if they get it it bys time and they can devlop. Money makes money as they say and ultimately there objective is that of ours.
Unfortunately the graph can't help you anymore as all previous supports have been broken. So even the experts don't know where to take her. News and good news is the only way back up now.
I just get hacked of with those who say they know someone who knows someone who says we will be fine with no real facts! I mean please fill us all in.
John just make a decission and then stand by it and don't look back fella. From the outside mate it literally is red or black!
Im sure they will fight for a company that has exsisted since 1996 & was aim share 2006 but it may not be in there hands
Good luck pal.
Im here until the end now even if we become insolvent. Not worth me selling at this price
