My point was that its the pressure placings cause on downward pressure and they always tend to see the placing price or fractionally lower as private investors also tend to panic sell adding to the fall. Your also quite right about keeping some aside for further selling fair play, just with Beaufort they are often ruthless and ongoing.

Looking at the history of Beaufort they have dumped and dumped until they are done with whatever they intend to sell. @ 0.85p on the pacing the dumping took us to a 0.75p/0.8 bid and ask. Its not happened this time, its only the announcement day where some managed to get some at 1.10.

Overhang clearly gone, holding firm fractionally above the placing price with no downward pressure, MA5, 10 20, & 50 all a buy. Bull/bear power in favour of the bull. All but ready to pop! Couple more buys and watch them come pile in, happens all the time over and over again.

To buy, looks like they don't have to much to move on the book before they tweak it upwards again, unless of course somebody sells some.

Many are already holding significant amounts, many are awaiting the higer grade results. It's a tightly held stock with limited free float, the seller has moved on its now checkmate. You often see big gains from these types of situations. Of course they could be no good but to date everything has been running smoothly and in line with expectations.

Looks very quiet on their part? Very quiet on trades and on the board, people making money on Ggp!! That ones for 5-6 times the shares in issue so shows how one can move.
