Yes that's right 110 million more shares dumped into circulation official from today, so forward sold, being sold or to be sold that's a lump. £2.85 million raised and spent this calendar year at a cost of 400 million shares! Asset sale or partner needed to get some cash in and make sure its the last. Can buy as many as you like for 0.396! Can buy my stake for f all!

By the time that lot of shares are dumped & funds are needed again you will be lucky if it holds a tenth of a penny. Desperate times indeed.

Has also had good funds spent on it & is literally ready to go so I'm sure it will attract good interest if that is the way forward as it's an easy route to production for anyone with a £1 000,000 or so.

This is similar to when the Mankayan sale collapsed and we then had nothing going on, we have been absolutely robbed in this placing & ruthlessly exposed. On moving forward though we might just have some directors who have finally seen that the continuous dilution can't keep happening as we are almost placing again before the last broker has sold & allowing no increase in the share price whatsoever. Tools have been downed until we have a Jv or our own finances via a disposal of one or two of our other assets. One of those disposals will provide enough capital to take us to full production in Colombia without adding another bleeding share or losing a piece of Choco & any of its profits. So all in all whilst I have anger issues over Wednesday all to play for still but longer than I wanted & from a lot further down. I would prefer a disposal or disposals than giving a piece of choco away & having two sites that need fortunes spent with no capital to spend. Better to have one working asset than 2-static and one slipping away,

So is that a 5th of the discounted stock already dumped? Finally they have updated the major shareholder list!

Absolutely disgusted, & looking at the value of my holding now leaves a bitter taste indeed. Just Wtf were they sitting you and your mate down about 3 weeks ago Prickly! 51.9% reduction, should have been negotiating more funds at 2p not leaving it alone thinking it would be alright, clearly we had a fast burn whilst respecting that we were trying to hurry production. Surely someone was paying the contractors wages seeing what was going out. To get left in a position to be shafted and stick another ucking 100 million shares in is a total shambles. I am absolutely livid and feel completely mugged off. You resarch you listen to what you told and this.

Today's evidence of how swiftly it can turn in the holders favour. Ironically if you look at what we have raised by diluting & what we paid in a special dividend had the board not been so generous to shareholders we would have still had sub 100 miliom shares in issue!

It's funny as it's not always the case that the market expects a placing its simply sometimes these minnows have runs without sp changing news & they drift & drift then when they get caught needing cash they are unfortunately in a catch 22 as it's far more heavy weight in terms of shares added when you get to prices like this. I came in here at 59 million shares. It gets on my tits when these companies never take bigger lumps when the prices are so much higher. I have a strong sense something is bubbling with Mankayan which might just be preventing any more dilution.

To take the total puss now. Heading for a retest of the old low and previous placing area.

I have been hinted at about this price sensitive information for a while, even a cheap sale of �5 million doubles the price alone without Colombia. Last time it was agreed at $70 million albeit in better conditions. Could blow the roof of here!

Hi mate Nice one, I have phoned in before but grateful to you for your contact. I hold a lot of these and whilst comfortable I'm getting a touch hacked off they keep adding more whilst partially understanding. So with respect to funding what are they doing with the other assets, rather than dilute our arses off has Mankayan got any value Eureka? Can one not be offloaded to fund this project? Would rather have two assets than 3 and be left with billions of shares in issue. Surely a lump sum to fast track this in a big way gets this company and share price going quicker rather than Beaufort nabbing all the glory. When are the directors intending to return to a salary? Currently repaid in options. Have we had spectators on site looking at our progress? What's the life expectancy of these mines? What's the direction once significant cash flow is inbound? Instantly recycled to progress this project etc? Can we please update the website so we know who our big holders are outside of you prickly. Lots have been added since Mays update.

So further funds potentially but yes we are adding funds to the pot to pay some wages so having cleared more them Oz's step up as does the �'s, first drips in then a touch more before balancing books and then progression to profits and multiple plants.

Prickly might no more but I think you can go down to around 100 meters before we could accuse them of not being near surface.I am sure we are area stripping which is used on fairly flat terrain, to extract deposits over a large area.This offers great potential with multipal plants here. We can shift some dirt pretty quickly to be honest so still wont be that expensive.
