I have been glass half full on this for years but the simple fact is Lawrence has been harping on about this sale for over a year now despite ploughing thousands into his project Colombia. We are drifting as its survival only, sell its game changing don't sell we will have over 2 billion shares in the blink of an eye and that wont last us long either. Its a desperate desperate game. Mr Bird has a lot of closed and resigned directorships against his name this easily has the potential of another. Its not de ramping or scaremongering its basic economical facts. We are currently heading into the sand and only a sale will direct the pathway of which we currently have no one interested! Its literally a flip of a coin!

Ill take it all back if they move it on, no de ramping just fact. Heard it all before, been in for the entire story. Also led to believe yesterdays news would be an awful lot different. Hopefully it will have a happy ending but its currently desparado stuff. No enhancement of directors buys or ground valuations will move this its needs a disposal and like it has stayed for a year it will only move then!

The only shares he has are options, I have always held more than Lawrence until he gave himself a stack to exceute for peanuts.

This is in a dire mess and the bird is not tweeting despite his calls for a blossoming future in January.

Any buyer will look at share price and accounts! Meanwhile the licence draws nearer to expiry every day taken the less days on the lease the more it devalues.

In summary, likely to need to dilute within 12 months, no buyer, share price 0.365 and falling!

There isn't anything that's right only expenditure & dilution. So sort ourselves some options with a pathetic execution price 👏👏👏👏👏

So why a load at 0.5 if so true?

Surely if you believe an assett is worth $250 million you would introduce them way higher. Even if your a director thinking of executing their sale surely you would award them higher if that was the case? Let's say they thought 4p was achievable and they used their brains they would put in at 3p to leave meat on the market cap bone but 0.5p nothing positive about that whatsoever.

This will continue to dilute and hang on in hope of a sale fact. They are 0.05p for a reason and effective today!

I try so hard to be positive I genuinely do but scrolling through the last 20+ rns's what can you read that's good ping me one! I mean diluting for peanuts to ping $200k over for final payment on a site you sell for $500k 16 weeks later despite diluting folks to **** for the money just before Xmas 20 weeks before!

I honestly cannot express my anger. The more you back folks like this the more you get shafted. It's an absolute disgrace of the highest level and then get rewarded

Had i not been overseas I would have attended and backed you, problem is with the amount of shares I have increasingly giving less power I doubt I could have made much difference.

Not today mate nothing to give clearly. Might even he a 0.30 buy today. Mm's will abuse this now until we get something. Rsi is only 10 well oversold but they have nothing to give!!

Perhaps the board can point us in the correct direction. The break off support was horrendous. This is going to drag a lot more tears in or really make some folks some money buying at these levels. Further down looks more logical to me in the short term.
