I don't trust the FCA, I somehow get a feeling they want to see some compensation being paid, come what may...So even if the SC rule the dealer had no disinterested or fiduciary duty to the customer (which I think is also the FCA stance?) could the FCA still point to their rule book and determine the firms have to pay compensation for not disclosing commissions? Its complex so not sure if my question is sound or not?

Thanks for posting knot. Can tracker funds start loading up with cbg shares right away if they wish since cbg entry to the 250 has been announced or is there some rule that requires them to wait until entry is implemented, meaning we won't see the benefit in the sp for a couple of more weeks?

I'm looking on the London South East website, cbg section. Click on cbg short positions which says

Open Short Positions in Close Bros

There are currently no open short positions in Close Bros.

Shorters have gone, caius slipped away and there are currently no open shorts in cbg....

They suggest that without their support many claims won’t take place.

£4 is in sight now, I see it hanging around the £3.5 0 to £3.75 range for a while, pushing forward with a few back steps and maybe hitting £4 when lloy announce.....?

One checkpoint coming up is lloy results 0n 20th Feb. The market will be looking to se what they are provisioning and what they do about dividends and buy backs. I think lloy will be seen positive which will help the lloy and cbg sp. After that will be cbg results sometime in March I think, again I think they will be positive for cbg sp..... pop corn anyone, he he....
