As for the BoD and strategic planning? Far enough as something hasn't worked. Maybe that's why they brought the new guy in? The new CFO seems decent. But then again they messed up big time with the previous one.

we have everything in place that we could see a massive upturn just by one of our partners doing well. It seems that 2019 is the start for a lot of our partners. 2020 is when they are mostly predicting growth.
