The blocked . Xxx domains in the sunrise period nearly 10 years ago are they counted in the 93k odd that show on dnpedia.com or are they on top of that number. Thanks
Thanks for your candid reply. Chris
Hi SB, is it not that because MMX is incorporated in the BVI the threshold for notifications is 5%? Cheers
Oh well, 1 mil doesn't last that long nowadays. Just 3 months as it happens. Even though SlJ reassured us his venture didn't need more immediate funding.
Can SlJ be seen as a forced seller by the institutions looking to buy in. Why would you bid the price up when you know there's another 3%of the company being sold in 3 months time. After all it looks like SlJ is fully committed to his other venture.
It looks like at least someone sees value at this price so can't grumble too much. Atb
I don't get why there is a need for an age verification app. I can login into my ISP account I can restrict or allow whatever content I want, be it adult, violence, gambling or even restrict individual sites. And I can do it in maters of seconds. And I'm sure now most isp's have same level of customisations.
They're drumming up some investor interest in the company on the 12th of November at the Mello event in London. Last year didn't produce any meaningful results, but this year the results might speak for themselves. Hopefully an update before that would be good. Still no sign who keeps accumulating shares .
Commenting on the results Toby Hall, CEO of MMX said:
"2017 has been about proving out the business model: firmly locking-in the operational gains of 2016 to ensure a profitable base, and developing a long-term growth strategy. The acquisition of ICM, announced today, marks a major step forward in our ambitions both to scale and introduce a progressive dividend policy over the next 18 months. It cements MMX's position as a leading registry group in the new gTLD sector as we develop into a long-term annuity based business."
Introduce a progressive dividend policy over the next 18 months.Giving him the benefit of doubt for November?
I don't think there was enough money in the kitty to pay the 1 mil as a dividend. 5.1 earmarked for .London , about 2 restricted cash. Leaves about 2 for day to day running of the company, and don't forget the wages :). It will come after December
Outstanding options, as a result of the Awards, now stand at 59,612,500, representing in aggregate 6.1 per cent. of the Company's issued shares on a fully diluted basis.
So when we do our calculations it is prudent to add that 6.1% dilution.
3mil each from 9.375p to 18p full vesting.
Any bets? I'm giving good odds.
Toby and Michael bought in :))))))
Wonder what effect would that have. Too bad we'll never know. Have you noticed the 11 x 1 letter shopping domains that went through the other day? 2 letters is about 2000usd. every little helps.
And what is happening with .fit? A lot of nonsense being registered. Consistently top of ntlds on Spamhaus .org. I had high hopes for it. Nonetheless is no. 80 of all domains.
Another vote for dividend from me. Not the most tax efficient but will do good for SP. What level needs to be in April at full year results so they get their shares this time? Is it 7p?
Do we need to prepare for more selling to finance the buy?
It is frustrating. The longer a shareholder the more uneasy it gets. Trust is a limited resource. There need to be a dividend with the interim results
Aren't we the lucky ones that this west263 registrar took such a liking to us they bought 100k domains in the last 3 months, most of what was lost from 22net. So convenient. On the other side ICM domains keep dropping like flies even after the reassurances that 3 of them have been steadied. And with Sjl's vote of confidence of selling 20% of his holdings at rock bottom no wonder the Sp is where it is.
Bakky are you asking that because of the many insider buys? Lol
:))))) AIM
My theory is they bought all of the allowance , just didn't report it. Yet
SJL maybe?
Donuts to increase the price of all on their domains by 1.6 to 2.6usd per domain. Just had an email with new pricing. You can lock in the old price in the next 2 months for up to 10 years.
Margins rising?
