I understand that in 2015 boulby hoisted 2,8mt of potash ore at a KCl grade of approx 34% and a process recovery rate of approx 82% giving around 780kt of MOP. (Salt and polyhalite were also hoisted separately)
Also I believe that the shaft is capable of hoisting at around 30-32 skips an hour at 21t per skip but essential daily maintenance results in max 18hrs potential hoisting per day so theoretically if they hoisted 18hrs per day and 365 days per year then just over 4m could be hoisted but highly unlikely IMO
