The Board is considering relocating its operations in 2022 to a new UK facility that may include a scalable state-of-the-art production facility for nanomaterials to ensure that the Company improves its nanoparticle production capacity and capabilities to deliver at scale. This is the issue hence limited sales of masks and possibly filters in the short term.
