Looking at this incredible list of massive late-reported trades, it makes you realise how naughty the MMs have been to hold down the SP.

I find Hargreaves Lansdown to be better than AJ Bell. I use both.

Nothing dead here....MMs dropping the price in prep for this afternoon's frenzy when US market opens.

Difficult to call; if it follows the pattern of the last few days, it will gap up on opening. It depends on 1. price of BTC; 2. buying in US of ARBKF over next few hours.

I think the rise may have been on expectation of news - none has come yet, so some are selling.

Nothing goes up in a straight line. Drop does seem a little excessive, though; perhaps MMs are trying to acquire cheap stock in preparation for news.

I don't use stop losses, but I think the rationale is to avoid getting caught with your trousers down if you spend any time away from your screen. Some people trade during their day job, so can't be constantly monitoring SPs.

Some good thoughts, Tricky. I am constantly aware of how lucky I am and most of us on these boards are. We have money we could afford to lose, and yet millions of our compatriots are struggling with little or no income, poor job prospects and failing businesses. Helps to keep things in perspective.
