Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Part of me is hoping it bobs until the 6th of April and the refreshed ISA allowance can be used !
When Shell said they "pulled out' it was not due to the project it was due to the media and "cancel" culture ... I always expected Cambo to have more twist and turns ... The more neighbors Hurricane get the better ...
Spirit putting money into exploration ....https://lnkd.in/dPjYA-Pk
"we continue to build the platform for Hurricane's future." Key take away point
Stick to looking for honey big bear ......
What puts HUR ahead on this front is the maturity of its projects and its development approvals, Lincoln tie in is basically good to go, Lancaster obviously needs some work but could be ramped up relatively quickly compared to other WOS developments like Cambo or Rosebank. If HMG are really wanting to push UK production there maybe some attractive govt backed financing available. Interesting few months ahead ....
People will buy, people will sell each to their own and wish you all well !
I am personally strapped in for the ride and have been for the last 5 years .. I was up, down now I’m in the middle :-)
Get the popcorn and look forward to,
Aoka extension
Forward work plan for Lancaster
Movement on Spirit
Really interesting to see CA avg price ~6p, I thought the rumoured 12p mark would be a test to see if they would be selling off and happy to get their money back or if no selling then very confident … alas no selling at their average so massive vote of confidence for me…
Anyone fancy posting their price predictions (without explanations) ;
3 months - 0.12
6 months - 0.14
12 months - 0.25
Anyone else wore this button out at the end of last week ?
I suppose we will see how committed and confident CRS are when it gets close to the 14p ...
Enjoying the ride
Bonds paid off.
Extend Aoka
MnC out
Trice back in
Re-enter 7z
Negotiate with Spirit
Book a floaty for 3 well campaign Nov-Jan - (like the good old days)
Swim in oil
I do wonder what the plan is with 7z or if there even is one ?
Good to see many of the old posters return.
With so many questions around the reservoir would it be supported by many to call upon one of the WORLDS leading geologists in fractured basement ???
I would like to see a plan to combat the cost of drilling additional wells, perhaps thinking outside the box something unconventional how about operating their own semi ? Plenty available plenty crew available, why not ?
I'm with you bransonbull. The best news I could imagine from the next rns would be to say the water cut in 7z is decreasing both for the financial benefit and for RT to say I told use so.
Spruce, given the connectivity between the wells and as previously stated them acting like a single well, when 7z is shut in and the 6 pulling on 15k a day would this not draw from the same connection ?
I don't understand why there is such an acceptance of the higher OWC, looking at the others Lancaster drills 7 well much much further down, defined FWC then was able to flowed nearly 11k a day on ESP, 4z a fair bit deeper than 7z flowed nearly 3k a day, 4 well took oil samples from 1600m. In my mind the only logical explanation to the 7z water issue is perched water if it was anything else then the 6 well would have the same issues.
omnipotent
/?m'n?p?t(?)nt/
adjective
(of a deity) having unlimited power.
"God is described as omnipotent and benevolent" ..... Haha that's a good word
I still believe in Dr T, the last rns made me believe in him even more.
When you go against popular opinion everyone is just waiting to say "i told you so" how frustrating it must be, in this situation where the "told you so" is back up with " we think probably .... yeah it could be"
I am guessing they believe the wells are producing from the heels due to the connectivity between the 2. There is so many un answered questions that may never get answered by the correct person
