The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Sorry Slalom i'm aware of this and have printed my proxy form ready to send back. What I mean is what would the result of a 'vote against' the proposal mean for the shareholders if as you suggested would require them to sell the assets and close the company?
What would the proposed mean for existing shareholders?
Buys showing as sells - just scooped some at 0.85 and showing as a sell.
Yes I have been buying sub 10p for a while.
Remember this did 45% from down here last month following one trade agreement.
To quote the trading update;
'The Company continues to progress significant agreements and commitments with a number of global advertising agencies. Bidstack has also been working closely with some of the world's largest names in computer game development and publishing. Access to a number of well-known games is expected in Q1 and Q2 2020'.
Remain positive here, we do just need a good period of newsflow and can see this flying back into the teens.

IMO there’s a simple explanation for the ones that used to champion this stock who are now slating it, they’ve simply been cut adrift in the 20-30p range and not grasped this is an exposure you need to ‘manage’ before the big news arrives.
Completely understand it leaves a very sour taste either sitting on a huge paper loss or selling down a big loss however what’s not acceptable is then treading down a stock like a spoilt child just because you lost your money so you don’t want anyone else to make theirs. It’s actually laughable!
Bidstack hasn’t failed on anything, contract delays are common place in business, they will simply fall into FYE20 rather than 19. Still very exciting news too come in sure!

Not sure if there’s any correlation between this VOX podcast which discusses I3E and the late surge but available to listen from roughly 10 minutes if you haven’t already done so.
Still huge potential from down here. This ship is notoriously leaky so worth keeping an eye out for any rumours or unofficial updates.

One things for sure with this stock it moves fast in both directions.
Clearly not much stock around and from what I believe is currently an oversold position this could fly with a couple of days solid buying with out without news.

Good clarification from JD on today’s podcast, so much still in the pipeline and so much going on in the background that he can’t yet pledge.
Exciting times at this price, snaffled some more sub 10p.
Wonder what was the deal that fell away because of the share price drop? Interesting.
Expect EA to be tied up at some point in 2020.

Gap up open to 9.5p pre trading looks like.
Yesterday’s single digits is going to look incredible value.
Contracts were delayed, not cancelled or non existent. This happens in business.
All to play for, GLA.
Guys for what it's worth for me the silence is not unexpected as JD has said a couple of times before that he's previously divulged too much about whats going on and given their competitors some crucial information, clearly in the execution stage this is not something he's willing to do.
IMO no news does not warrant such a significant drop in the SP, but it does present an unbelievable opportunity to add or buy in down here with huge upside.
When James does announce something which I imagine will either be just before the xmas break or the start of January, given the months of silence I'd expect some very juicy news and developments to be announced.
I take comfort from the previous announcements here and where the price has been before the company has even got started. Still wouldn't rule out a EA either here.

Spread is tighter than a nuns....
See a strong rise into this afternoon from here.
This will undoubtedly focus the mind of JD and the team.
Expect a linkedin update or similar from JD re progress if fundamental news isn't allowed to be released yet.
I'll be adding down here.

Don't be surprised if this ends blue. Not a ramp, it's just how AIM works!
35p warrants all filled - expected to hit the market on Monday. All set for a very strong surge north.

Just scooped some up at 16.35. Agree it's very frustrating at the lack of any material news in Q4 but JD has stipulated that he'd made mistakes earlier this year being too 'transparent' and giving their competitors a glimpse of their hand so I don't really see the 'radio silence' as a negative.
IMO it's more they've battened down the hatches during the execution process and come January they'll be able to wow the market with their offering and progression in H2.

No immediate fund raising required, you simply looking for a better entry Jester?
Watch for some hefty delayed trades or after hour buys here.
Has to bounce from here.
Incorrect Buko,
A mandatory takeover offer must be made once a person/entity/business either:
Acquires 30% or more of the target's voting rights.
OR
Is interested in shares carrying 30% to 50% of the target's voting rights, and that person or a concert party acquires an interest in any other voting shares in the target.
