Love him or loath him. Well I don't do either, but what I do is listen to what he has to say (though the accent) he knows a lot of people who are connected in the right places. He would NOT have done the podcast today if he had any doubts about the future of the company.. To me he is a holder that is not worried at all about his investment in Onzima. It certainly sounds like in Nigel he trusts!

Why after only 3 days is the discussion focused on the negative? Gavin made it clear to me that rules is rules and there was nothing he could do to stop the suspension happiness. The issue IS being addressed. Give him a bit of time!

will it take 6 months to complete an RTO if that is what is planned. I think the pack of cards was shuffled months ago, we just now have to wait to see what the hell game we are playing! I will be very surprised if we do not get an update on events by the end of November, and of course meantime any news at N4 will still have to be released by ONZ via RNS Personally I am glass half- full at present.

The Board were fully aware that the suspension was on it's way. I asked Gavin that question directly. There is an orchestrated plan going on here (imo)

When you read an email and something is missing you can only guess what is missing and why. You then start to imagine all sorts of hypothetical sinarios as to why what is missing is actually missing, and 9 times out of 10 we are wrong. During a verbal conversation you are able to detect a meaning to what is being said. Even the silence tells a story. What i'm waffeling on about is when I spoke to Gavin this morning I asked him if "Investment 2" would address the Investment policy issue, to which he replied blah, blah, blah " should that have gone ahead" blah,blah,blah. Guess which bits stood out ? Am I detecting that it was going ahead and may not be now?? Also, in his words: " the issue may be addressed with a Reverse Take Over, or it may not be" hmmmm.....still more blah,blah, blah, but why did he say that?? I detected a slower and stronger stance as he said that....almost a message within a message. More than that I can not say, but like yourself my hunch tells me that the suspension is for a positive reason (imo) as he reassured me he knew it was coming.

I sent him a Tweet yesterday but had no reply. Looks like others have as well for him to say something. All good.....

from Gavin. I see that as a positive sign on it's own. Seems very calm and confident that things will be sorted soon enough, without giving too much away. However, if I have ever had a strong feeling of what he was trying to say without actually being told it then ProfessorZ is spot on the money!!

an RTO would probably lead to the sale of all the other investments for working capital purposes, so if they start to be sold this may give us a clue as to what is happening!

yes, at least Gavin is not hiding away and refusing to speak to investors. I will await his call from 7am tomorrow, but as you say he knows what we all now seek from him, so his calls should all provide similar feedback (but probably very limited) As soon as someone has spoken to him would you be kind enough to update the board. you are correct! have checked my facts since posting earlier.... am now sitting in the corner with a hat with a "D" on it !! fingers crossed an RTO is actually on the cards. Gavin IS replying to emails. (No update as yet)

actually Prof that's similar to what I have been thinking today. Is it not just a case of amending the investment policy to cover the investment in N4. I am not too sure but it may need a change in the association of articles (EGM)

Nigel and N4. He has a fantastic track record and reputation and will not be associated with any thing remotely resembling dodgy! I see "Desperate Dan" is ****ging Gavin/ ONZ off on twitter. Why? Jealousy?? Missed the boat?? The Investment policy has been on the companies website for all to see for ages and should come as no surprise. All we now need is some clarity as to how far away that second investment actually is, or is it a 100% tie up with Nigel? news will out soon enough.....
