What we all have in common is we have an investment in ONZ and it is all relative to what we can afford to loose and the risk we were prepared to take in the first place. However, if I had £50k in here I would be camping on Gavin's doorstep by now! I was thinking last night, that we know Nigel has a fairly decent reputation in in the Pharma Industry. He/N4 can not allow what is going on (or not going on!) with his major shareholder to damage that reputation. Gavin is going to have to think about the potential damage that his lack of transparency at ONZ may have for N4 and it's future relationships with any major Pharma. At some point soon he must make a statement, or may be we need to ENCOURAGE him to make a statement!

personally, I think if nothing from the company by close on Friday, then a good well thought out strong yet positive email to Gavin ready for him to reply to on Monday.

BIO-Europe is Europe's largest partnering conference serving the global biotechnology industry. There are some big names there at present (most he would know anyway) Any contact is a good contact. If we are not trading as N4 Pharma PLC within 6 months I will be very surprised!

Gavin or someone who knows him will have seen some thoughts on here and elsewhere regarding current feelings and the idea of possible litigation. As far as I am concerned if we do not have an RNS of any description by next weekend (an update from N4 or asset disposal will suffice) then I plan to send a formal letter to the company looking for some answers. Letters/replies could be useful in the future. However, something tells me that an RNS is not far away!

I didn't mean cause any discord on here! Was only joking, but seriously there have been so many cases on AIM of certain individuals deciding to use their position to fleece investors at any given opportunity it is quite sickening. My earlier thought pattern was based purely on the fact that the investment criteria not being achieved was flagged up back in March by Share Prophets and this is still available for all to see. So how then can Gavin now say he did not know suspension was coming if Gary Newman could sense trouble? I still believe that news will out before the end of the month, if nothing else just an update from N4. Anyway, meanwhile I have sent the "Girls" back to Peckham for now, with their sawn off water pistols!

Even more so when I think there is the potential for questions to be raised about a possible breach of it’s investing criteria - I think you are right to question Gavin at any time you feel you need to, as you guys have highlighted it is OUR MONEY! I can understand your frustration and what you say is very true, however it has only been 10 days or so since the suspension was announced and officially we have to wait another 5 75 months yet!! The saving grace for me is that Gavin said in the RNS at the end of September that they were close to securing the second investment. Why would he put that in writing if it were not true? Also, it is very clear that Nigel is not at all worried. That would seem to be a good sign. As you say plenty of ammunition available should it ever be needed, but I believe we will be updated before the end of November and it will be a positive outcome!

from today's RNS from FUM. raised £12M in 3 hours! the Board believes that the Group requires and would benefit from additional finance to enable it to accelerate its growth strategy, in particular for the MED2002 (erectile dysfunction) programme and also for the pain relief products. hmmmm...... my mind is working overtime with all the possibilities here!

IF it is an RTO with N4 Pharma, a lot will depend on how the deal is structured. I suspect that the name Onzima will disappear, together with the companies investments. So that would lead to "N4 Pharma PLC" being born out of the merger. On paper only, the value would pretty much stay the same at around £3M with us, the shareholders owning a percentage pro-rata to the current agreement. What we may wish to consider now though is: 1. Has Nigel managed to "seduce" a major pharma in to a very serious agreement ? It is on record that this was the next part of his plan! 2. As ONZ owns 49% of N4, could it be that the major pharma wants to only do a deal with N4 being seen as only a drug company and not to be associated with an investment company with investments in natural resources? It will also assist the growth of the company being listed and having better access to funding. At the end of the day, yes Gavin has done some decent deals but it is the N4 potential that really is the "cream". How many shares we end up with and at what price is a total unknown at present so it is impossible to say if the deal could be good or bad, but logic would say if Gavin wants a bigger bite of the cherry then it is for a reason......
