i would have thought with the ongoing court case, up until today i expect that the Farmer 's Lawyer wont have passed the deposit on anyway even if it has been payed by the Farmer.. If he hasn't paid yet then it may have a huge impact in the Judges decision in granting the appeal or not. Should be an interesting next week next week!

I can not believe for one moment that FG will just allow the appeal to be turned down with out having a plan B.
If he has not spoken to the farmer than i am a Dutchman !
