The concensus of opinion is that Panadean have not bid because they legally had already secured the plot and had settled the co-ordinate legal battle with GNPC to enable both parties to go forward together.It is confirmed that GNPC will control Block 1 and will have anot her party with them.This pretty much secures the Panadean claim.The bidding process for the other plots insisted that financial ability was proven.What we seem to have agreed upon here is that we should be told what the final working percentages ate going to be between GNPC/Panadean/ Tullow or similar.Personally I think we will see 33.3% each.We will know very soon!

That's not what i said is it? What i said was Tano 2 has been reserved for GNPC. That is in the public domain. Can you get more of a done deal than that? and that Legal Actions have ceased between the two parties to enable progress.
Yes, as yet we have had no conformation that GNPC are working with CLON/Panadean on a daily basis, but why should they not be ??

Surely logic would have been for Horgan to appoint Rowland Cornish for both companies.It can not be a coincidence that it has happened on the same day. What have Strand Hanson got that Rowalnd Cornish haven't got? Could it be coincidence that they have a Russian Investment Bank holding equity and that Clontarf have previously been in talks with Rosneft?
