“According to recent sociological surveys, more than 70% of Georgia's population supports Euro-Atlantic integration. The last five years brought real and very tangible results: a deep and comprehensive free trade area, a free trade agreement with the European Union and visa-free travel,” he said.
He added that EU and NATO membership is the only guarantee for Georgia's security and Georgia is ready to do its "homework

It’s only allowed to be a view when people question his posts.
It’s clear a couple of shooters are a little worried this morning. GLA
My sentiment too brg. I would be very worried if I had a short open on FRR.
I’m in the opinion that this arbitration is a delaying tactic for FRR, GG and the US. Zaza is a very powerful, respected and well connected man in Georgia. NDAs etc have lapsed and the arbitration allows all parties to go dark whilst everything is put in place. IMO the GG wouldn’t be foolish enough to go against a US company when it strives to become part of the EU and NATO as well as attract International business. Georgia is going places and it’s forecast economy is indicating this. FRR has the data and connections to SMS etc and is a small percentage of what the GG will need to relinquish to a SM to continue with the work.
A rose tinted opinion perhaps, but FRR would have folded a long while back if they didn’t have huge backing. The shorters now realise this are imo going to have a miserable 2020.
USAID/Georgia launched the USAID Economic Governance Program, a five-year program to help Georgia design and implement transparent, evidence-based economic policies to improve its business and investment environment.

an embarrassment on here as well as at most SH meetings
I've been having a dig, but I can't see any info on the II that bought in just below the threshold a couple of years back. Anyone know anything? TIA
Sonny - nice find regarding the budget, but I think the article was missing some numbers. The US defence budget for 2019 was approx $693b. ATB

Big change coming in 2020 Steve. 95% of the worlds cargo travels by ship so prices of almost everything will go up.
What is IMO 2020? The International Maritime Organisation (IMO) has ruled that from 1 January 2020, marine sector emissions in international waters be slashed. The marine sector will have to reduce sulphur emissions by over 80% by switching to lower sulphur fuels.
Sonny - I’m in the dark just like everyone else. The 0634 post demonstrates a lack of beer handling ... again!
On Dec. 12, 2018, the U.S. House of Representatives approved a non-binding resolution calling the pipeline (NS2) a “drastic step backwards for European energy security and United States interests.” The resolution also called upon Trump to “use all available means to support European energy security through a policy of diversification to lessen reliance” on Russia. Nonetheless, little in the supply picture for Europe has changed since then.
