4 people dont need an expensive office in mancheter. they could run the "business" from a garden office.

They have no product to sell.
They have little to no income. What does the account department to all day?
They dont manufacture anything (except hope!)
What do the secretaries do all day?
They cannot have alot of people working there so what does the personnel department do?
Is the office open from 9 til 5?

If the take over goes ahead what is the offer on the table? What is the equivalent price compare to today’s price for Lonmin? Will I be out of pocket if my avg price is currently 81.

I supply the double glazing industry direct. The margins for new build are very very small. You have to be as efficent as possible with the supply chain and maufacture as well as organsiation of fitting teams which is extreamly hard when trying to find good workers. Not to mention all the extras they demand ie. accreditations, standards, contributing to communities etc

House builders are also very dificult to work with. There are way to many suits who know nothing about working on sites. Safestyle want full house replacements from mr and mrs smith but competion from good quality white van men these days makes it difficult to compete. There are some bloody good chaps out there working day in day out from their vans.

They do cracking work and their reputation working in the local area is paramount. It is an extreamly difficult market at the moment.

but remeber. this is AIM. US PI's are getting screwed over all the time at the moment with many asking for money and dilution. Still along way to go before i get back to my .60 :(

Reading the article mention earlier, does anyone get the feeling that once the curent licences run out in 2020 the current government are just going to turn around to BPC and say tough luck?
