Member Info for Quoth

I read in Moneyweek that Anglo had made it into the "top 10 most hated shares" list, that of the most shorted on the FTSE. I checked https://shorttracker.co.uk/companies/?sort=2&d=desc and it has actually slipped back into 11. Any obvious reason for this? Or is it just speculation based on it sitting near its 52 week high?

I was thinking the same today - fairly upbeat RNS and share price is down nearly three percent. Silver is slightly down but not a wild drop.

Another jump in the share price! I'm guessing there is going to be more good news following the release of Total Warhammer II. I also see there is a sequel on the cards for the Vermintide game.

I've been a long term hold of both FRES and AAL which can be pretty emotional at times (beginning of 2016 wasn't great!). Pricewise FRES tends to be fairly volatile but I believe it is a good company and the future prospects seem sound. My father-in-law is a quite a serious and diligent investor and keeps an eye on them as he knows I hold some (I don't think he has had the nerve to buy any) - always has a chuckle at the sometimes crazy oscillations! As you say, if this North Korea craziness continues this will probably continue to edge up. Good luck with your holdings - hopefully do as well as good old GAW!

My gast is well and truly flabbered (of given the nature of the share should that be ghast?)! I purchased almost exactly a year ago - I sadly only hold a small portion of that original purchase but the ride shows no signs of slowing down! I say sadly, still did really well.

Could well be the 8th edition (you'll be pleased to know I did my bit for the share price in buying a couple of copies!). Total Warhammer II release date is late September - I would imagine that will froth up the share price as it gets nearer.

That could be it. Whenever I think this share has run out of steam it suddenly ticks up again!

Any ideas as to what is driving the bump up today? I haven't seen any RNS or articles.

Out of curiosity what is your rule for stop orders? I had a bad experience with Randgold resources - stop order at 5,800 was touched and they rampaged on to circa 9,200. Still made a tidy profit but it was frustrating to watch!

...just breaking being back in the black on this. Has been an exercise in catching a falling knife for me!

180p per share and now another 20p dividend! The dividend return on this has been phenomenal, in the region of +20%.

Barchart.com has now inched up to a 96% buy. 2,000 would be most welcome again!

...1,090... Kind of shoulder charged its way through 1,000!

Oh brother... Regretting selling half now! Gah!
