Yes true there is the idea that company MAY be valued more with less debt , but there will still be debt

My understanding of dilution is this

Total value of Equity remains the same £100m currently say but is divided by more shares so the value of each shares is reduced by the proportion of new shares issues , eg divided by 3 or 4.
