adzky - positive earnings ? yes but only just so 12m on 9billion revenue thats 0.01% yes a tenth of 1 %
competitors return much more
Over the last 7 years they have made a loss of £1billion and are set to take that to circa £3billion this year

Ambly it is one measure as are PE ratios , the fact that they make decent profits, pay shareholders dividends etc

her finance guy Healy was brilliant , very well respected

Ambly - yes debt and mistakes have been in existence for many many years, but a CEO should be able to take actions to rectify it - has has had what 5 , 6 years, for example he could have reduced costs much earlier - focused on cash cows - cut the rest - not have kept over expending - making the debt worse - it appears from the video he has only just clocked what the effect of the debt is - he is useless
