Given the previous RNS, news can't be too far off and Scotty will be true to his "tweet"...finalising must indicate weeks not months. **** MFDevCo will also seek to collaborate with further large engineering companies to participate in providing an integrated gas to wire initiative. In particular, MFDevCo is finalizing agreements with companies with experience of operating gas fields and providers of power generation, compression, electrical and automation systems and expects to be able to confirm such collaborations in due course.
Missing Royscot reasoned thoughts. Still with us!?
Tweets....weeks...not days. Nu-oil positioned at forefront of marginal field developments...(to include GTW although not directly stated). Could be a scary few weeks ahead until real news breaks. Latest tweet...good to have..but not what we really want to hear.
Sorry...didn't check it out befote post.

I just wonder if they are the competitors that Alison mentioned MF have been in contact with and we are offering via their contacts an alternative option??
Agreed. Time to ensure communication is improved and not best guestimates...share holders now deserve better and have been promised this at AGM. Hopefully the minutes record this as fact!
Big question is how far ahead of the game to deliver this are we. If as per AGM we are lead to believe we are leaders then news can't be far away given the openness of the statement and the opening of the door for share holders to investigate / research this further. At present Nuog not known in public domain for this type of work and Nuog/Mfdevco do not communicate GTW on their websites. Let's hope we get the first deal over the line soon otherwise this will CONTINUE to be a traders delight. Scotty let's hope you are true to your word and can convert Minty's dream into a treasure chest.
Indigo Tigre http://indigopower.co.uk/ Active with GTW
Scotty needs to get things moving and PDQ.
Over to Gary!
AGM April 30th. Falling SP..could be an interesting meeting and could it even include any info about Nuog/mfdevco. Do we have any share holders on any Nuog boards? Hope Scotty can tangle the magical golden carrot before them beforehand.

All good!
Anyone know what Graham S "Scotty" has been involved in since departing Dana Oct 2014?
Agreed...it will get passed so let's focus on better things like GTW.
In chatting with Alison she was certainly very supportive of needing AM on the team. I just wonder if he's perceived by some when doing deals as old school, dominant and a know it all character although he was willing to chat afterwards. Hopefully he will continue to see his baby flourish and mature and he will be rewarded well into his final retirement stage of life.
AGM was well worth attending and it was good to put some faces to names. Most of what happened has been excellently detailed by others. Right from the start we got into discussion about the use of the word imminent in the Annual Report. The board stated that it's an expression used as at the time they believe it to be true. AM stated we live with uncertainty and give best estimate. In the end it was agreed that we still need communication but any sense of timing need to have either caveats or be qualified in some way. I don't agree with AM's response as you would hope that robust risk assessment/management takes place. It was great to hear Graham mention he takes risk management seriously. So over to Simon now to communicate more clearly. Current debt providers ok with where company is at and the BOD talk to them regularly. Graham presentation was excellent. Discussed that he wants the deal to be one that they get right first time. He said the team want to give back to share holders. Key word for the future is HARVESTING. He was impressed that the team had spotted the opportunities in the North Sea. Alison said that they were having discussion with potential competitors over developments. This does look like #excitingtimes ahead. The Brazilian guy was looking for other opportunities and was very active doing this. I think we will need something to nudge Dommo over the line but get the feeling we won't be able to do that but will need something else, unexpected to do that. (IMO)
Not sure if this was shared. https://www.nao.org.uk/report/oil-and-gas-in-the-uk-offshore-decommissioning/
