We also have to remember, what we have is a patch of land, that's full of holes, we will increase the percentage of value, as we proceed. When this is built we should be near 70% of NAV. We are looking at a percentage of NFS. The NAV will increase, so will the percentage. That's just Alpala. during the next 5 years, more builds will commerce, if the drilling coincides with the Induction Polarisation surveys.

Just one more thought, if 100 million dollars equates to 1% of the 85% of Alpala, doesn't that mean that Alpala has a value of 8.5 billion dollars as of today, because they are handing us the cash now. That's before we start to build our mine.

Good afternoon RichyRich1, yes I was doing a similar calculation. Also they have a right to further finance 50 million Dollars for a further share of profits from Alpala. Its going to be more than 500 million, as lets remember this is for the life of the mine, so the copper gold, and other metals concentrate will be more valuable in the future, as price is going to increase for all commodities over the next 50 odd years, so a good deal all round.

Good afternoon FTJNY, you raise a good point, as this board seems to indicate when PFS completed, then Cornerstone must cough up, but when, some time after, or on the date. My understanding is when we start to build, then Cornerstone must pay their share of the costs to get us to development, but again, if I am right, does that mean day one, when we build. It would be good to have some idea of when this is, and a formula, so that we can calculate the last day, that it can be paid. My understanding is if they don't pay this, then Their share of ENSA reverts to us for very little money.

Yes thank you Pinot Noir and Orchard, just listened to it, the bit I like on the 1% of smelter terms for just concentrate from Alpala only, is the fact that first payments are in 2028. That means no outlay on current terms , and some tasty early year dividends, all things considering. Lets see if the Solgold team can do something similar for the other 2.7 billion dollars.

Good morning ColonelDrake, very good post, it to my mind sums this up. I agree on this just being for Alpala, which makes no difference, as this is the only part of Solgold, that we can stick a finger in the air and see which way the wind is blowing, and take an educated guess to what percentage of NPV is afforded to Alpala at different stages. As I have said for some time, end of September, beginning of October, just before BHP released, will hopefully see this between 48 and 60 pence. This is to my mind, still not full value ( not by some chalk ), however I take this figure as it represents roughly, 30-40 percent of the NPV on Alapla. It would be good to prove up other sites, and indeed on the April 29th RedCloud webinar NM did say some dilution. More news to come early October, before 15th October, which is the day BHP are released from their standstill agreement. Only thing we disagree on, is I think this will go to Production, Solgold owning it, you believe it will be brought out. Exciting times ahead. Good luck.

Good morning all, share price responding well, as we can see this news was already priced in. Had we not received news soon, it would have gradually drifted down. This is not the case. I saw some posts, saying this makes a takeover likely. I may be missing something, but I think it does the opposite. We now have funding to BFS, and looks likely although not announced at the moment, funding to construct our first mine, to go to production. This is great news whatever side of the fence you sit on. As for Citi aiding us from being taken over, with a low ball offer. I believe it's much more than that. I believe Citi will defend against any offer, as they are all low ball, once we are producing. Good morning AKGold, I would think we will rise, especially as we get nearer to completion of PFS. I feel this will be achieved before BHP are released from their standstill agreement. That should get us a rerate from today's prices.

Good morning Iceberg, will be interesting to see how we open and close today, and over the coming weeks, however I would calculate on the NPV figure, it will be 30% of NPV roughly, but that is after completion of PFS. Is it open for bids. Unsure, as nothing has changed on ownership of the major parties. One last thought, I don't know if this releases Solgolds directors, and gives them the ability on the open market. As NM said their were things, that needed to be disclosed to Cornerstone. I wonder if this RNS does that.

Yep, agree with DBW. but interesting to watch, first part is NM suggested getting the funding based on the NPV, not the share price. If that is the outcome, then will break 40 pence pretty quickly, all depends. Once we get to the PFS, then depends how it reads.

Hi mrshoubs, on your point of the people funding this, My way of thinking is in the last red cloud presentation. NM said that we had enough interest, and we had not even gone to the smelters. So sounds like we only take the financing that suits us. Its possible that we get the whole 150 million solely in offtake agreements. Unlikely, but if it does happen, then I would say that was a good sign for the future fund raise of the 2.7 billion. Hopefully we get some news on this next well . All the best.
