RE: RNS out15 May 2020 10:54
Good morning Optimusgold, I have also been invested since 2013, on this chatroom since 2012. When we invested. 600 million shares existed, today 2 billion, so if we still had 600 million we would be over 80 pence. For once we have raised money with no dilution. When you consider the small amount of money raised to get us to 2 billion shares, against 1% of offtake for 100 million, its chalk and cheese. Of course this is because we issued new shares. Now I am now saying we will not have new scripts, but its not the first thing that comes to NM's mind, and we should all take heart that he has pulled this off. We have raised 100 million for 1% of just Alpala, we own 85%. To my mind that values Alpala at 8.5 billion, minus mine costs. So just around 3 pounds a share. Now I don't think that if Newcrest or BHP, were going to offer more than 3 pounds a share to fund us for the PFS and BFS. So to my mind we can be confident, that this is undervalued. Here is the bad news. To get full value, we have to be a cash generating company. That's going to take some time, but we are not going to get full value, until we produce, and for a few years. The price is what it is, because that's all anyone will pay for it. No one is going to even pay a quarter of full value at this stage, as they have to look on return on capital, and the years we are not in production, compounds the cost. Good Luck
