Seriously read it and then reply if you don't understand parts of it.

Here read the science it fully answers your ridiculous claims.

It states we are currently 10,000 years from the top of the Ice age cycle and the Earth should be cooling, but we are not.
This is because of the man made element, as I have already said this is well understood.
Buy yourself a telescope, join a club, talk to amateurs and scientists, and please stop spreading misinformation.

The Solar cycles are about Ice ages, but they are now not happening because of man made climate change.
Remember it only requires a small temp change to change the climate.

We need Copper, hydrogen, Graphene Tech to make Solar and EV's more efficient with less copper, but we also require Carbon Syncing and dare I say it, a reduction in the Human population.
But the two biggest elements at this moment in time, are CO2 and cleaning up our oceans.
May I add we need all waste to be biodegradable within short time periods.

Hydrogen look at the NOAA data, and then look at the Ice age cycles, we are overdue, and the climate change model mirrors the cycle.

Agreed hydrogen I have also read James Lovelock and Gaia theory, and he is correct in feedback loops in Nature.
However the science has moved on and with better and more complex models, we are at last getting a grasp on climate change and ecosystems. Both are important. So Lovelock got us started, but we can change for the better. The only question is do we have the time ?

I am always hopeful, but we only get there, if we can educate humanity to take this seriously.

Certainly Durhamfox, the ice age sequencing is well understood. We get many Solar cycles, these happen over short periods and longer periods, if you read the article I put up earlier you would understand that small temp changes have a large effect.
We are overdue on a Ice age.
Why do you think that is ?
As I have said, it's the man made element that is important, that's why Ice ages were predictable in the past, but not now.

On the point of when the Ice retreated, the gases that were released were miniscule. This is because they are made of dying Vegetation and any Organic material including us.

Also when an end of an Ice age occurs, we still have large areas covered in Ice, this is known as Permafrost.

What we are now seeing is no Ice age, when we should have had one already, and the ONLY way we can account for this is the man made element of greenhouse gases.

The largest carbon syncs are our Oceans and we don't need to warm these much to have runaway climate change. That means the Earth cooks, even if we then reduce the whole world to Carbon neutral. As you cannot stop the process.

We already know we cannot stop the 1.5 degrees of warming, but governments tell us we can.
However the science predicts that even if we put zero carbon in the atmosphere today, that we would still rise by 1 degree by 2050, with the existing levels.
We know this, it is not debatable.

Hence why we are talking about Carbon syncing to take gases out the Atmosphere .
We have some technology, but we are not there yet, and is incredibly expensive for little effect.

Why do you think that new built Cars in the UK will be all electric by 2030.
We started off with 2050, and have reduced it bit by bit.

Governments at the moment are trying to slow the process down, as they know that the solution is politically unacceptable.
We may be successful, we may not.
But if we continue with the Paris accord, then we will not be, as this falls short on a massive scale.
Prepare for all our lives to be further disrupted, Gas boilers on the way out.
Heavy industry will need to change. Aircraft that use fossil fuels with be outlawed.

Durhamfox, that is so untrue, as an astronomer, I know and understand Solar cycles. People are confusing climate change as a whole, with the man main element. The sun does not trap heat in the atmosphere. It's greenhouse gases that do that. Don't be taken in by people who tell you different. The climate deniers try to confuse people by looking at climate change, without accounting for the man made element. It's this that is the danger. Read the science, not the drunk buffoons.

Eyesblue it's far worse than people are claiming. I take your point on fuel poverty. But we are about to undergo food poverty in the next 30 years, and that is in the UK, as well as around the world, as we lose crops on a mammoth scale, our widelife dies out, fresh water is hit, and that is without acid rain, or pollution in general. Also as we all know certain directions in policy means the use of more metals, copper being in Greater use. However we need much more than just copper, as it doesn't matter how much the world mines. Their is not enough copper in the world for the task. The world's population is already too high, and our CO2 emissions per person on average are OK, for a population of 3 billion, but that's not our starting position. The datasets on the NOAA databases at NASA clearly show this. Governments around the world have much more bad news for their citizens. I can see meat taxed heavily, to move the world to different protein alternatives, water costing more. Sewage cannot be effectively treated and parts of the world made inhabitable, thus driving mass immigration or death to tens of millions. The last thing I would worry about is fuel poverty.

Eyesblue Climate change is understated, we are not going to meet the 1.5 degree rise, even if the whole world meets the targets on the Paris accord, I don't know if you understand what that means.
It means things start to accelerate, and by 3 degrees it's game over for half the worlds population, as the sea bed releases the stored up Methane and that is 25 times more powerful than CO2.

We have a long way to go.

BBG we have had so many conspiracy theories on here and I know you are better than that.
We have no evidence of anyone acting in concert, and if they were it would have to be declared, as that's a big no no.
It is what it is.
We await news, the PFS will hopefully not disappoint.
But everyone to their own opinion I guess.

Hi BBG the point is that Solgold is an option for other companies not a must have.
We convince ourselves that no other Copper stories are going on. They are.
The point is although we have a great discovery, most of it is at depth.
So to serve in the best interests of shareholders and the long term future of the company, we must defend against bids and go to production.
That is what we have been doing and will continue to do, unless things change.

Hi Mog that's a non question, why would IBM allow Microsoft to become a major company, why did Finefare allow Tesco to become a major. It's not up to BHP, the world doesn't work that way. They can try and buy us if they want, but would cost a lot. And it doesn't matter what people say, successful companies don't overpay for another company, that's why they are successful.

You say everything DartFrog, add to that, that a company, say BHP would have to acquire other stakes from interested parties, and ask yourself what those other parties would want for their stake. They know what they are holding, and they make more money in the long term by holding and not selling up. So unless someone offers a knockout bid, onwards we march to production. That is why since 2012, I have watched lots of people saying wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend, and a bid is imminent. I don't believe a bid will happen after the PFS for the same reason, as the NPV will be higher and our other stakeholders won't take less.

Production is not equity destroying, quite the opposite.
BHP are currently paying down debt and could not buy us with a couple of months of revenue. That is silly.
Alpala is not a decade away, no one has said that.
For accuracy we have a full block cave project in 2028, but we achieve production before that.
When we achieve it, will be outlined in the PFS.

Agreed DartFrog, on the lesser sites, I think we may have done Induction Polarisation surveys ( IPS )
We don't know how these will progress, but for me if we get partners for these 10 projects, we will in years to come reap the additional benefits. As usual your posts hit the target dead centre.

I also comment far less these days, as fed up with the we are going to get a bid brigade, who would consider bids under a pound as a good deal.
I feel that the BOD are carrying on where NM left off and will not sell up, as the direction of the company since 2015 has been to bring Alpala to production. This still remains the most likely outcome, as all the evidence points this way.

Oh dear, before everyone gets to excited over yesterday's trading, let's look at it in the cold light of day.
We traded around 7 million shares yesterday. That's not even 10 million a day, which is the minimum we need to trade day in, day out, to just stabilise our price. This signals absolutely nothing. Sorry but just a reality check. We need more.
