Morning addicknt, the diverse book argument has always been the same and as you know I have explained it more than once.
But will run through it again as I know just how much people on here love me repeating it.
I suspect we both agree that a hostile bid is difficult before and now even more difficult, because it was Solgold that acquired CGP and not BHP or NCM .
I have always said that a friendly bid was possible, but because NCM are not selling their stake and would like to add and BHP have announced they will not pay full price. This is unlikely.
However I do accept that should we acquire CGP and we now own 100% of ENSA that this could become a separate entity in a company wrapper and sold.
This was always the problem and with 100% ownership we can go two ways.
Someone can pay what Alpala is worth or we take this to production.
As I have always said Solgold are driving this not BHP or Indeed anyone else.
