So let's think about this. We have a discovery made at a time when we have been through COVID, Putin has invaded the Ukraine and so copper demand is lower at the moment.
Yet we haven't been taken out on the cheap.
I think they have done a good job.
Let's not forget what we have in the ground.
For the sensible posters on here we know this is a slow burn prospect and is going to take time.

For the week ahead I predict a load of ramping from people who have no idea what's happening.
You know the same people who said this would be settled by Christmas.

I am thinking that they would answer them if they could.
So something is I feel going to come through in the strategic review.

I do agree with you addicknt on the ambiguity. I really hope the strategic review gives some clarity.
However my reasoning for advancing to DFS is two fold.
First as I mentioned below the PFS was done in such a way making the import of data into the DFS simpler and cheaper.
Second the announcement that we have completed the data on Cascabel, so maybe we have all the data to construct the DFS and possibly the BFS.

Sorry DinnerMoney, but it was announced as the best way to advance Cascabel.
I suspect that people like DBW and Redknight say that the strategic review will never happen, because it doesn't suit their argument or mindset.
But otherwise everyone on here knows it's about the best way to advance Cascabel.

They would want the whole of Alpala for that price in our current state.

It mentions Cobalt.
No new battery technology in the next few years will require Cobalt.
We will be creating longer lasting batteries with higher current capabilities and Cobalt cannot be part of the mix.
Lithium will also be reduced it batteries, but is necessary for the Lithium cap, which allows electrons to flow in reverse faster when charging.

As I said Redknight does not understand market's.
No one is loading up.
It's just we have main holders and individual's not selling, so small buys and sells affect the price disproportionately.
Remember every buy is matched by a sell and vica versa.

I was I think the first to call out Redknight as a fraud.
He understood nothing about the cashbox fund raise, and said we needed approval but couldn't get it because the specials were not passed.
Yet he was supposed to hold high ranking positions in major companies.
How on earth does he think companies operate.
If the BOD of any company was constrained in such a way, we would see a lot of companies go bust.
Also he doesn't understand how markets operate, and what drives share price. (Pretty basic stuff for any investor).
He also seems to have a problem with most people on this forum.

So we still have had loads of A trades over the last few days.

The answer to your question is I don't know.
I don't think we are that far off a BFS, as the way we have formatted the PFS on the second attempt means we can script it in.
But we have the strategic review coming and who knows maybe more insight before.

I personally think the strategic review is of more importance now than I did a few hours ago.
Wondering how much longer it's going to take.

Now I want to make it clear that I don't believe the statement I am going to make as I am not of a devious nature and I don't buy into conspiracy theories.

What if Solgold were sorting out financing to start construction.
We would need the share price higher.
What better way to do that, than start a rumour that we were going to be sold.
That would make a placing more attractive and easier to bring in funding.
