RE: Is the 2nd Bank getting cold feet?12 Oct 2024 20:33
No, I am not telling you I have made money, but nor have I lost money. Unlike a large number of of let's face it: idiots, I do a serious amount of research. This is not just an explorer, it is a frontier explorer. Just the word explorer should be a serious word in caution to any investor, adding 'frontier' doubly so. I realised that this was going to take time, patience and MONEY. There was no way that additional money was never going to to be needed and of course there was bound to be dilution. I have averaged down over the last 11-12 years and have a holding that now averages 0.7. Alas, I am not a young man, middle aged but the experience of my career in analysis has taught me what to look for good and bad. My average holding is 8 years, I don't sell out early, because you can make a whopping loss. Too many follow the tip sheets or tipsters like they are the messiah and dream of getting rich quick then bemoan the fact that they have lost money. Tipsters and sheets are a great way of identifying interesting potential investments but should be followed up with a serious amount of analysis before you give any money away. I am sorry, you didn't loose money through lies and cons, you lost money because you were impatient and inept. This share will take its time, and I am very confident that I am going to do very nicely out of it. My opinion, no loss, your opinion, with a loss...
