Cassandra … So why are you here? Are you trying to save people from losing a fortune?
Someone wants this company and I think they want it cheap! we don’t know why TB walked away let’s face it … it’s just a total guessing game , was it accounts or did DT say No way we are worth so much more F off , all this shorting is making me think it’s possibly the latter but time will tell.
Hmmmm looks like the gloves are off!
Think they can 30 days before, thats when the closed period ends
Another slap in the face for QCM! Go Poppy :-))
QCM are still trying....their latest Tweet alleges DTs website visits from the Uk have dropped 64% during the last 6 months. Desperate times desperate measures
I had a feeling something else was coming! Can’t blame Poppy for defending the company she’s clearly proudly built as a world leader in its field. I bet she was fuming when some jumped up shorter started spreading rumours and digging up old news to make himself a quick buck! He succeeded in spreading fear and uncertainty initially, I nearly fell for it too! I’m pleased she fought back, her strength of character has shone through imho. Good on you Poppy!
He gave himself a 5 star review!! That’s hilarious… a bit like giving yourself a high five after doing a good job. Bet he likes his own FB posts too LOL
Just received a reply from Luk in investor relations from my email yesterday morning prior to the RNS asking if there was going to be a response to the damning report.. … copy and pasted
Thanks for your email

So not sure if there’s more to come?? You’d have thought he’d have just sent a copy of the response that was on the RNS. Odd
The HEAT is on! Literally! Let’s hope it burns QCM to a crisp
Forgot to mention the selfie photos included in the report that he took outside the 2 allegedly shell companies he’d maybe uncovered , very unprofessional and weird, what was that proving exactly?
Well it’s been a rollercoaster week so far for DT! My view is they were an absolute sitting duck for QCM who seem to specialise in shorting companies who the “suspect” maybe fraudulent in some way. I noted one poster said they get 50% of their suspicions correct, which also means they get 50% wrong, but that’s probably enough for them to make a shed load of money creating fear and uncertainty to investors! With DTs connections with ML and Autonomy they were a perfect target. Digging up old news to back up their short and suggesting the BoD are just repeating the same fraudulent activity? Really? After what they know happened do you really think they would even risk doing that? You’d have to be pretty stupid to repeat the same mistake twice and as the saying goes “it’s a silly bird that ****s in its own nest” I could of course be proved to be totally wrong and today I had to take stock,as I very nearly hit the sell button. However I didn’t as I remembered to never ever sell when people are panicking. I just read on Twitter that QCM recently tweeted re the lame response from DT it got 13 likes, they were probably from their 12 employees and poss 1 friend. Anyway tomorrow is another day so we shall see GLA
I’m pleased they released an RNS it was needed. I can imagine Luk’s inbox was pretty full this morning along with mine and many other requests for a response
Meanwhile where’s Charles ? Actually Charles please don’t post as I fear you’re the kiss of death … spotted you on poly the other day and put my head in my hands.
Depends on how the markets react to the budget today really … so anyones guess
Just wait till Charles wakes up lol
Exactly! Maybe Ade was hoping for low 3s again and realised that RNS has blown those hopes right out of the window ;-)
Looks more to me like a lot of people are “desperate” for their product and they’re just letting us know ;-)
“Darktrace has seen the longest list of customer opt-ins than for any product launch in its history.“
I think they’re obviously pretty pleased with themselves :-)
Lol !
