RE: Over view helix11 Apr 2026 12:22
Just for interest.............while perusing over info at Pulsar, where I am also invested, to I was reminded of this from a RNS in January and thought of similarities with Inez? Difference being theirs's got stuck on recovery and ours broke on entry it seems.
"While removing the drill string from the well at total depth, difficulties were encountered, and 1239 ft of drill string was left in the well. The Company is evaluating all options and plans to return to Jetstream #5 in April of this year to retrieve or bypass the segment of stuck drill string and allow the full logging and flow testing of the entire 3,839 ft of formation."
RNS 18th March
"The drill rig is mobilized to Jetstream #5, where, as previously reported (news release January 28, 2026), 1,239 feet of drill string remains in the well following operations at TD. The rig will undertake operations to retrieve or bypass the drill string, enabling the logging of the 3,839-foot (1,170-meter) well."
I wish we could get some more specific news about when exactly going back into Inez...........
