RE: OGM Vote24 Jul 2025 13:07
I have my e mail and that resolution as was discussed last night. Perhaps others have not received theirs yet? Or not invested like Blue Troll.
Personally I think she answered as clearly as she could at this stage in the interview. What the extra funding was for Re Colorado in the interview. you are not going to get more than that. Also the RNS does refer to the use of funds as in :-
"to allot ordinary shares on a non-pre-emptive basis, which the Company expects to be utilised in respect of conversions of the Advance and for the Retail Offer, amongst other things"
Folk might not like "other things". it doesn't bother me as once again I think there was enough info in the interview as to what they were.
I have said it and will say it again. I like their POSSIBLE option to raise such a large figure, or PARTS OF, IF NEEDED. Saves time and trouble of returning to share holders, allows company to make quick decisions to advance all our aims.
Let's say the SP is at 3p (or higher) at end of the year. Not unrealistic if Colorado is producing. We get good results from ESP and well into first phase of with appraisals getting better all the time? Then do the maths, easy enough.
It is a huge sign to me they are looking further down the line and covering all the bases. So yes, for me, in theory, with SP having been elevated. They could raise enough to go alone, or a long way. Could use it as a massive bartering stick in JV talks. Win Win for me anyway. Or other opportunities/acquisitions. Win Win Win
You are not going to get any more news on anything more now before meeting. so case of like it, don't like it, sell, buy more, but whining and moaning going to do nothing! Vote against it and won't matter they can cash box it and worse for Pi's. Anyway why would you vote against a company building for the future and on cusp of being a producer?
That interview was done specifically for PI's and now they have it some still whining. Now news whine, news whine. You simply can't please AIM PI's.
