Sometimes Directors purchase shares in their companies, gives the market and shareholders confidence, obviously not in this case ,as has been mentioned they have loads of option shares,based on Performance (not)

I also think that Ford/Dawson should either take wages in shares until in profit (good incentive) and take a pay cut,Alf do you honestly think they work full time?
