Surely best thing for Mint would be that Vlad needs the money asap with the SP at a low level,Get the maximum amount of shares for the First £12 million,:hold onto their share and hopefully the SP rises,they Win twice;more shares converted at a low price;sold for more profit if/when the so rises:the only people affected are us the little shareholders who get diluted and Mint have control of the SP?
