Think Mint have the £3 million (finders fee) perhaps they are selling a % of their shares to get some money back"then hoping the SP rises;to sell the rest;they have over 7 million to offload(whenever they decide too)Could sell 3.5 million now; and wait

400 million shares issued @1.42 pence;in good profit already

Totally agree;unless the SP reaches 4 pence(70% profit) or sell hopefully tomorrow before D Day Friday imho

I have the same feeling :but if they get voted down;the old board can still issue 172 million shares;if these warrants get passed:the SP goes circa 2 pence:(IMHO)
