Lorna would have done extensive homework on this acquisition, she knows her stuff. There are lots of IPO in the US coming on board and I think it’s a good idea to have a piece of that pie too.

I have a feeling SCH are advising Lorna and they could be the ones with the latter possible JV.

Personally, I am in no rush with this investment and can wait as long as is needed, but todays results and acquisition just make HE1 are much more stronger player.

No matter what others think, today is fantastic news for HE1. Revenue due in the short term from the acquisition will put HE1 in a better position and will massively out-way the dilution effect of today.

Lots of other exciting milestones on the way, with the basement still being evaluated and then the licence submission in September.
