What's the all time high on the DOW & FTSE can you give me some figures? I have sold and I did for a reason to take a profit! Have you not taken a profit from your shares? Probably explains your issue with me?

My comment was based on the conversations that have been going on within this chat, i don't know if it will happen just as much as the next man/women..
I don't see anymore upside currently with the dow and ftse at all time highs, unless the new boy pulls out a blinder which I very much doubt

This may have topped out that's the feeling I get and the reason I sold yesterday, I maybe wrong. If a buyback is not announced next week I can see this dropping, and we all know deep down a divi will not be announced

Buy backs are helping NWG & BARC as they have a lot less shares in issue. NWG will drop once the government start to sell and Barc will drop once the investment group start to lose money once the market gets back to normal

I took a profit today as a profit is a profit!! If it goes up my bad I sold to early, good look to the ones who have held. I am not here to ramp or deramp and my comment was, just a comment lol

Now I am out hopefully lloyds can fill the 44p gap lol

hoping to get back in at a cheaper price feeling confident I will with the FTSE & DOW being at a all time high.

Think I may jump ship and bank profits over 48p should have done it at 49p but was expecting lloyds to get to atleast 50p which doesn't look likely to me, I could be wrong but profits a profit at the end of the day

By the way lloyds is dropping today looks like people were expecting a special and Barclays isn't paying one, they are assuming lloyds will not pay either
