A rate rise is not going to stop inflation in the current market. I work in pricing and the current increases we are seeing will only get worse especially from the 1st of January

Your guess is as good as mine!! The markets are suggesting 305 billion but I read this could be as high as 4 trillion based on the way they have taken out loans. No way will China pay that amount of money in my opinion

Just looked into Evergrande and it's not pleasant reading. The chief is selling his own assets to meet debt payments not sure how much time that will buy the company considering he's worth 14 billion and the debt is 305 billion.

I am also waiting for the 44p gap no matter how long it takes. I would rather be in cash than be stuck at a high price wondering if i can ever break even. The DOW will correct once that 10 billion a month starts to be taken off the table.

Interest rates may rise but how many people do you know that have a mortgage that is tracking the base rate? Most home owners would have locked in a 5 year minimum deal

I have watched lloyds since 2020 and it has habit of underperforming against its peers. The results today are as expected as always nothing exciting just results. The board are so predictable, I'm sure I will get a 44p buy in the next 2 months

My opinion so don't go all crazy people!!
I will not buy NWG over £2
I will not buy Barcs over 1.75
I will not buy lloyds over 45p
If I miss out then so be it but these are my targets for buying
