Slurm, I believe in SML’s mid- to long-term significant revenue-generating potential - but I strongly feel that, although the arbitration will rule in our favour, the financial award will prove elusive to fill our moral-victory trophy. However, I would love JP to prove my prescience to be as slippery and changeable as a certain Mr Gove.

Significant, yes - yet wholly immaterial to SML if it encountered significant difficulties in extracting the awarded monies.

At present, that potential customer sources its lower-quality copper cement from a considerable distance from its operations; subsequently, it would like to buy and to truck said material from closer origins, saving itself money in logistics while obtaining a higher-quality ingredient for producing its wonderful elixirs. So, a strong, reliable local market exists for LC’s copper - we just have to produce it to financially gain from it.
