They said around 2020 for dividends, I am expecting full production 9 to 12 months from now.
If they get this right they could have these plants dotted around the globe on all sorts of materials not just antimony.

The narrowing of the spread is a good sign as well IMO.

Brexit is a side show compared with the American/China trade war, the latter not the former is the reason for the suppressed markets. Once this settles down we will be off.
