Just scanned through this thread and saw someone ask why a big Pharma would pay 1bn for NCYT..

Interestingly I was speaking with my Astra Zeneca neighbour today and he was saying that a number of the big Pharmas spend many billions on just marketing and research!!

Throwing a billion at a profit making company to grow and develop and make part of their own is pocket change to these boys..
