In the case of Zimbabwe, mining and exploratory EPOs last 3 years but always come with an option to renew for a further 3 years but PREM and government could also extend the EPO across a smaller area as well, does not have to be necessarily for the entirety of the original EPO size.

Hi Dazed, i think we discussed this on this board back in Feb. I seem to remember that the release of a TR-1 should be released within a month but often this was not followed, there are no consequences for complying apparently so some users were saying that they waited months for a TR-1.

I expect the TR-1 by end of next week but tbh we are all guessing and at the mercy of PREM.
I agree on the positives, we got lots of cash, no debt, we have found a new support line around .32-.34 considering just 2 months ago we were "stuck" around .2 with a mcap of 34-36 million.
Results will definitely be good, the plot of land we are in is very rich, we have the Fort Rixon Gold Belt just around the corner.

Jenkoo, all very valid questions. On LSE and Webull the 3 billion shares have not been added yet, let's see what happens.
We also need to wait for the TR-1 which will explain if Suzhou has bought more than they should. A takeover is not impossible in the mid-long term (not in favour of one by the way, I'd rather PREM keeps some independence and ownership).
Whatisworth, our current count is 19,4 billion so we will be sitting on a float of 22,4 billion.
Morning Progress, yes the USA needs to catch up, they got caught napping while AUS, CHI, UK and even Canada were making important moves on the lithium market these past years. The more the demand, the more our product will be valuable.
We just have to hope the market does not get flooded with lithium, making the price collapse as it is incredibly high at the moment but not worried about that just yet.

Come on PREM, release the results and tr-1 so we can do some calculations!

And you are right, GR made a terrible deal but did he decide on his own? Did the rest of the board have something to do with it?

You guys really think that if RIO or any other major lithium producer would have bought Zulu or done a JV with PREM we would be in this situation right now?
Personally i highly doubt it, it cannot be JUST GR.

I am no expert either but my understanding was that the price of the share at offering does matter.

The new shares added will not rank on an equal footing with the shares already in issue because they come at a premium.
If the price were lower then shareholders may see their asset value diluted where the subscription price for the shares is below net asset value.

But your point of view is also very valid. I'm confused so let's see what happens tomorrow, fingers crossed.
